Exchange Policy

At Misscoats.shop, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, or received a defective product, please review our exchange policy below.

1. Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange.

2. How to Request an Exchange

  • Email us at support@misscoats.shop with your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
  • Mention the new size/color you need, and the reason for the exchange.
  • Our team will review your request and send you return instructions if eligible.

3. Exchange Shipping & Process

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong item shipped.
  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will dispatch the replacement within 3-5 business days where possible.
  • If the desired item/size is unavailable, we’ll offer alternative options or store credit.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or solution at no extra cost.

5. Other Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny exchange requests that don’t meet the above criteria.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
